২. যোগ্যতা

আমাদের পরিষেবা ব্যবহার করতে হলে আপনার বয়স কমপক্ষে ১৮ বছর হতে হবে।
আপনি আমাদের পরিষেবা ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে নিশ্চিত করছেন যে, আপনি আইনি চুক্তিতে আবদ্ধ হওয়ার যোগ্য।

৩. ব্যবহারকারী অ্যাকাউন্ট

নির্দিষ্ট পরিষেবাগুলিতে প্রবেশ করতে আপনাকে একটি অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করতে হবে।
আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের গোপনীয়তা রক্ষা করা আপনার দায়িত্ব।
যদি আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের অননুমোদিত ব্যবহারের সন্দেহ হয়, তবে তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে আমাদের জানাতে হবে।

৪. গ্রহণযোগ্য ব্যবহারের নীতি

আপনি আমাদের পরিষেবাগুলি নিম্নলিখিত কাজে ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন না:

অবৈধ বা অননুমোদিত কাজে।
ক্ষতিকর, অশ্লীল বা কপিরাইট লঙ্ঘনকারী কন্টেন্ট হোস্টিং, সংরক্ষণ বা বিতরণ করা।
স্প্যাম বা ফিশিং কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা।
যেকোনো আইনের লঙ্ঘন করা। আমরা এই নীতি লঙ্ঘনের জন্য আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট সাময়িকভাবে স্থগিত বা স্থায়ীভাবে বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।

৫. পেমেন্ট ও ফি

পরিষেবা কেনার সময় নির্ধারিত ফি পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
পেমেন্ট ফেরতযোগ্য নয়, যদি না অন্যথা উল্লেখ করা হয়।
নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে পেমেন্ট না করলে আপনার পরিষেবা সাময়িকভাবে স্থগিত বা বাতিল হতে পারে।
আমরা আগাম নোটিশ দিয়ে মূল্য পরিবর্তনের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।

৬. পরিষেবার প্রাপ্যতা

আমরা নিরবিচ্ছিন্ন পরিষেবা প্রদান করতে চেষ্টা করি, তবে ১০০% আপটাইম গ্যারান্টি দিতে পারি না।
রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ বা অপ্রত্যাশিত কারণবশত পরিষেবা সাময়িকভাবে বন্ধ হতে পারে।
পরিষেবা বিঘ্নের কারণে কোনো ক্ষতির জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।

৭. মেধাস্বত্ব

আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটের সমস্ত কন্টেন্ট, ট্রেডমার্ক এবং উপকরণ ShebaHost.com বা এর লাইসেন্স প্রদানকারীদের মেধাস্বত্বের অন্তর্ভুক্ত।
আমাদের লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া আপনি এগুলি ব্যবহার, অনুলিপি বা বিতরণ করতে পারবেন না।

৮. তৃতীয় পক্ষের পরিষেবা

আমাদের পরিষেবার মধ্যে তৃতীয় পক্ষের পরিষেবার সংযোগ বা ইন্টিগ্রেশন থাকতে পারে।
আমরা তৃতীয় পক্ষের ক্রিয়াকলাপ, কন্টেন্ট বা নীতিমালার জন্য দায়ী নই।
আপনি তৃতীয় পক্ষের পরিষেবা ব্যবহার করলে তাদের শর্তাবলী মেনে চলতে হবে।

৯. দায় সীমাবদ্ধতা

আইনের সর্বোচ্চ সীমার মধ্যে, ShebaHost.com আমাদের পরিষেবার ব্যবহারের ফলে কোনো পরোক্ষ, আকস্মিক, বিশেষ বা ফলস্বরূপ ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না।
এই শর্তাবলীর অধীনে আমাদের মোট দায় আপনার পূর্ববর্তী ১২ মাসের পরিষেবা ফি-এর বেশি হবে না।

১০. ডাটা সংক্রান্ত দায়-অস্বীকার বিবৃতি:

আমাদের কোম্পানিতে জমা রাখা সকল তথ্য বা ডাটা সম্পূর্ণভাবে ক্লায়েন্টের নিজ দায়িত্বে সংরক্ষিত থাকে।
আমরা ডাটা সুরক্ষার জন্য যথাযথ ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করি, তবে কোনো ডাটা হারানো, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হওয়া বা অননুমোদিত প্রবেশের ক্ষেত্রে কোম্পানি কোনোভাবেই দায়ী থাকবে না। ক্লায়েন্টকে নিজ দায়িত্বে ডাটার ব্যাকআপ ও নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে।

১১. প্রতিরক্ষা

আপনি সম্মত হচ্ছেন যে, আপনার ব্যবহারের ফলে উদ্ভূত কোনো দাবি, ক্ষতি বা ব্যয়ের জন্য ShebaHost.com-কে ক্ষতিপূরণ দেবেন এবং ক্ষতি থেকে মুক্ত রাখবেন।

১২. পরিষেবা বাতিলকরণ

আমরা যেকোনো সময় আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট বাতিল বা স্থগিত করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি, যদি আপনি এই শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘন করেন।
বাতিলকরণের পরে, আপনার পরিষেবা ব্যবহারের অধিকার সঙ্গে সঙ্গে বন্ধ হয়ে যাবে।

১৩. আইন ও বিচারব্যবস্থা

এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশ আইনের অধীনে পরিচালিত হবে এবং যে কোনো বিরোধ বাংলাদেশের আদালতে নিষ্পত্তি হবে।

১৪. শর্তাবলীর পরিবর্তন

আমরা যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।
পরিবর্তিত শর্তাবলী এই পৃষ্ঠায় আপডেট করা হবে এবং কার্যকর তারিখ উল্লেখ করা হবে।
পরিষেবা ব্যবহার চালিয়ে গেলে, আপনি নতুন শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত বলে গণ্য হবেন।
